Great stay, needs a bit of tweaking
We had a nice time overall, the breakfast was super tasty with loads of options! The only bummer was the kids menu. Too healthy for their taste. a burger or pizza would have been nice. The restaurant prices felt steep for families. Our room was comfy and clean, but it could use some soundproofing. A solid place to rest up!

Quick access from the M6 is fab! The room was a breath of fresh air with its lovely decor, and that comfy bed worked wonders after my journey. Plus, the pool was just the cherry on top!
But honestly, I half-expect a personal serenade when I showered. the acoustics were quite ‘vocal’! And those thin windows? A dawn chorus that makes waking up far too easy!

Consider asking for a room away from the main corridors for a quieter experience, as some areas can be busy.

We had a fantastic time during our 6-night stay, really enjoying the comfy beds and the tasty meals served at breakfast and dinner. The indoor swimming pool and relaxing sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room felt a bit warm at times, but it didn't spoil our great experience, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out! 😊

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and we
Had a lovely time exploring them. The staff were attentive and friendly, but the air conditioning in our room was a bit loud and not very effective. though, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25spacious roomlovely toiletrieslong check-in delayneglected room conditionsdisappointing dining experience
Spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely toiletries provided a great start, but there were significant drawbacks. After a two-hour wait for check-in, the room showed signs of neglect, like black mould and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Dining in the bar resulted in disappointing mains that did not meet expectations, leading us to seek breakfast elsewhere.

Mixed Feelings About Our Stay
The hotel has a convenient location, but our experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the room and poor customer service during check-in. the staff eventually waived the unexpected dining charges after we raised our concerns. Make sure to confirm bookings in advance.
